Hello! I'm reaching out on behalf of my friend from their Working Holiday days.
We're looking for two Japanese female tenants to share a larger room, which is a two-person room and comes with an IKEA-style wardrobe.
The current owner is a Filipino-Australian male. He’s a big fan of Japan, so your English skills don’t have to be perfect.
The rent is $300 per week, with a deposit of $1200. Please give a month's notice before moving out.
Shared facilities include a double fridge, gas stove, oven, dish rack, bathtub, shower, and toilet. Wi-Fi is available.
Smoking is not allowed, and inviting friends over is prohibited.
The rooftop has a barbecue area that you can use.
